What a superb beginning to the Young Adult’s workshops at the Jaipur Litfest. Day one of the workshop series, held at Step by Step high School had a fantastic vibe. School students from across Jaipur and Ajmer joined us on a foggy jaipur morning for an ice breaking session. The very first day of the workshops, based on the theme of Democracy Dialogues saw students raising some very relevant and profound questions about things around us- from ‘dirty politics’ to what is actually fair and unfair, and some very interesting questions about reservation in educational institutions and the very framework of education in India.
Today’s group was only school students and tomorrow onwards we will be joined by students from various NGOs across Rajasthan.
